AIRTEL Tanzania has pledge to maintain quality service

AIRTEL Tanzania The Smartphone Network has pledged to maintain quality service provision by offering affordable total communication packages to clients. The goal is to enhance telecommunication service and solve challenges facing the sector.

Speaking in Dar es Salaam on Wednesday evening during an Iftar hosted by Airtel to partners, the Business Enterprise Director, Mr. Boniface Bwambo  said the company will maintain provision of better and quality service to the customers in order improve the growth of revenue and sustain its status during this business competitive era.

He mentioned the new products offered by the company as fixed line portfolio which gives the customers a chance to enjoy the high-speed network service of Fiber Solutions, Leased Line Solutions and Co-Location Solutions. The services are solution for online businesses, available in affordable cost in the packages offered by Airtel.



Mbwambo made the remarks during the Iftar event organized by Airtel Tanzania to its Corporate & High Value customers. He said the objective for the event is to meet and share Iftar with their dearest customers in this Ramadhan season, as well as to exchange ideas.

“We are happy to meet here today; we share the Iftar and get a chance to exchange ideas with our customers. It is a good time for us to introduce to them our product Innovations and solutions that they do not know. Our total telecommunication solutions that ranges from pure GSM services the like of Voice, SMS and data to the Connectivity solutions (internet & data) for  single office, branches offices, home and Global connectivity, other solutions includes co-location and cloud and host solutions. We want all our clients to be aware of our ranges of product and solutions we offer to them, that’s why we appreciate them time we spend together here today ,” he said.

The Standard Bank Chief Executive Officer, Mr Sanjay Rughani was among the guest invited in the Iftar event. He thanked Airtel for organizing the event and congratulated them for offering quality and affordable services to the customers.

“They are improving their business infrastructures, a thing which is very helpful to us as their customers and business partners. For coming here today I have get to know other services offered by the company which I did not know before,” he said.

On her side the Administration and Project Manager of the National Industrial and Commercial (NIC) Bank, MsBadriaLema, said out of enjoying sharing iftar with the Airtel staffs and other people, she gets a chance to know other services offered by the company especially Airtel Money for Enterprise customers, the collection and disbursement solutions.
