MSONDO 1964.......2014 AND STILL GOING STRONG

Msondo Ngoma Band a band first launched in 1964 as NUTA Jazz Band, later changed to JUWATA Jazz Band has always been performing in its style Msondo Ngoma. The band has been popular through out its long life. Now every Friday the band performs at the Leaders Club Kinondoni from 6pm to 10pm. Performing at an open air venue gives the concert a sort of get together feeling. The band this Friday began with some of its old numbers, some dating back to the 70's and gradually warmed up to its latest hits. An experience not worth missing if you are in Dar es Salaam

This band performs every Friday at Letasi Pub, Victoria area a few hundred meters from Makumbusho Village. A band worth visiting if you want to enjoy some of the best vocalists in the Tanzania band scene.
